Several startups and digital products — developed or co-developed within our ecosystem — are entering their structuring and growth phase. We are opening general management positions and co-founder roles to take these projects to the next level.
Context
Our ecosystem designs and launches digital solutions, technology services and impact-driven initiatives. Each project already has a solid technical foundation, a clear vision and an identified market. What is missing today: profiles able to own the business dimension — commercial strategy, operations, fundraising, partnerships — and commit to the journey for the long run.

CEO / General Manager
You take operational leadership of a startup or product: defining and executing strategy, driving growth, structuring teams, financial management and representing the venture to partners and investors.

Business Co-founder
You join the venture as a partner: business development, go-to-market, customer relationships and offer building. A genuine, long-term commitment, with equity participation.
Who we're looking for
We are primarily looking for:
- Recent graduates in management, business administration or from business schools (Bachelor's to Master's level), or equivalent profiles with a meaningful first experience;
- People who are genuinely available and ready to commit fully and durably to an entrepreneurial project;
- A strong interest in digital, technology and innovation, with the drive to learn fast and grow into executive responsibilities;
- An entrepreneurial mindset: autonomy, results orientation, ability to decide and execute;
- Strong interpersonal skills to represent a project in front of clients, partners and investors.
